Our mission: a page that feels more and more like you every week, with a sense of the strategy. For this next stretch, planned content comes to you before it goes out. Not so you take on the work. So you can shape it where you want to, and so the team gets closer to how you'd actually say it with every round.
We'll send you material to review each Monday and Wednesday
Your week, from your sideMonday's content: arrives Monday, your notes by Wednesday, posts Friday through Monday.
Wednesday's content: arrives Wednesday, your notes by Friday, posts Tuesday through Thursday.
We've allowed two days for your review each time. A quick "looks good" is a complete answer. If anything needs more time, we'll sort timing with Katie.
Katie sees each round first, then it comes to you the same day
Katie gets a look Monday and Wednesday mornings and can flag anything that's off before it reaches you. Your approval is what moves content forward.
Each item comes with the photo, the caption, the price and the plan

No back-end screenshots, no jargon. If you'd say it differently, tell us and we change it.
Billy has a developer building custom software for this, just for you
A review tool built around your page, so approvals happen in one place on your phone instead of screenshots in a text thread. It's in the works now. Until it's ready, content comes through Katie's thread the way it does today.
Proposed start: Monday, October 26
The first Monday's content would post Friday 10/30 through Monday 11/2, so Halloween is in it. If a different week works better for you, say so. We'll confirm the start once the team is set up for it.
